Installation Steps

1. Wall Pretreatment

Clean the wall; ensure it’s flat and dry. Level uneven areas with gypsum or putty, then sand. Apply moisture-proof primer if needed.

2. Keel Installation

Install vertical keels at 40-60cm intervals, fixed to the wall with expansion screws. Leave 5-10mm ventilation gaps.

3. Panel Splicing

Start from the corner; use clip-on or hidden screws. Leave 1-2mm expansion gaps and adjust flatness with tools.

4. Closing and Sealing

Install corner strips and skirting boards. Seal gaps with sealant to improve waterproofing.

Notes

Acclimate panels on-site for 24 hours before installation.

Avoid hanging heavy objects; drill only at keel positions for fixtures.
