I. Installation Steps

1. Frame Making

Build the outer frame with WPC square profiles to design dimensions. Join corners with brackets and screws; check that the frame is square and rigid.

2. Grille Strip Installation

Mount the completed grille frame to the target surface (wall, railing, etc.) using expansion screws or suitable connectors; ensure full contact with the substrate.

4. Detail Processing

II. Notes

Provide intermediate support for any grille strip longer than 2 m to prevent sagging.

Select UV-resistant models for outdoor applications to slow fading.
