I. Installation Steps

1. Post Fixing

Dig 50 cm deep post holes at 1.5–2 m intervals. Set posts and fix with concrete; use a plumb bob to ensure verticality. Wait 24–48 h for concrete to set before continuing.

2. Crossbar Installation

Mark heights on the inner faces of the posts and install crossbars (typically top, bottom, and one intermediate for reinforcement). Secure with screws and check for level.

3. Fence Board Installation

Fix boards vertically or horizontally to the crossbars, leaving 2–3 mm gaps between boards. Fasten with self-tapping screws driven from the board edge to keep fasteners hidden.

4. Accessory Installation

Fit decorative caps and connectors. Inspect overall stability and adjust any loose components.

II. Notes

Treat the buried portion of each post with an anti-corrosion agent to extend service life.

In high-wind areas, increase post density or reinforce footings.
