Installation Steps

1. Site Preparation

Clean the installation area to ensure the ground is flat and solid. Lay gravel or concrete base for better drainage. If uneven, calibrate with a level and fill with leveling materials.

2. Frame Construction

Install anti-corrosion wooden joists or metal brackets at 30-40cm intervals. Ensure the frame is level, firm, and fixed to the ground to avoid displacement.

3. Board Laying

Start laying from the edge, leaving 3-5mm expansion gaps between boards (for thermal expansion). Fix with special stainless steel screws obliquely from the side to avoid surface damage.

4. Edge Treatment

Install edge strips to cover cuts and improve aesthetics. Check all connections to ensure they are tight.

Notes

Avoid installation in extreme temperatures (below -5℃ or above 35℃) to reduce deformation risk.

Use a rubber hammer or soft tools to avoid scratching the surface.
